Chromoly steel road bike by Specialized, Designed in California and made in Taiwan. Shimano RSX groupset.
Great bike for someone who wants a nimble and sturdy bike for fast rides and/or getting around town without fretting too much. It's light enough to pop this on a bus bike rack, hang it on a hook on the train or carry it up/down stairs, but not so fragile or expensive you'd worry too much about locking it outside for the day.
It's from the mid 90's - that sweet spot when steel road bikes were still common but they had started putting integrated shifters up on the handlebars.

Size
Good fit for someone about 5'8" - 6'0" or so, depending on proportions.
By our standard of measurement it is a 55 cm frame (center of bottom bracket to center of top tube)
55 cm reach (effective top tube length, adjusted for sloped down angle).
82cm/32" standover height (we recommend about 1-2" of standover clearance for a comfortable fit)
Current stem length: 70mm, adjustable height
Bars are about 39cm wide at the center of the hoods.
Drivetrain
3x7 speed. Wide gear range for hills and speed.
Shimano RSX derailleurs, brifters (brake levers + integrated shifters) and (most likely) crankset - though the decal is worn off the crankset.
Wheels, tires
700c wheels with Shimano RSX hubs and Araya japan aluminum rim brake rims.
Continental Ultra Sport road tires, 700x23c.
Handlebar, stem, saddle, headset, seatpost
Handlebar: System components aluminum drop bars, silver
Stem: System components quill stem.
Bar tape: New Cinelli black cork bar tape
Saddle: New WTB Volt saddle, black.

Frameset
Made with Chromoly double butted steel tubing and Ritchey dropouts.
Metallic red paint job and white/light green decals. Decals and paint are in very good condition but with some minor scuffs/chips on the paint. Frame itself is in good condition with no significant dents or damage.
Original dealer sticker from Rainier Cycle Sports in Tacoma, and a new one from us, Cycle & Coffee.
Eyelets for rear rack or fender. Mounting points for two bottle cages. Pump peg on the inside of the headtube.
