Refund policy

 

• Purchased but not shipped: 5% processing fee + applicable credit card processing charges.

• Shipped but unopened box is returnable within 20 days after ship. There is a  25% restocking fee, customer pays shipping both ways. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in an unopened box and in the same package and condition that you received it.

• Used: No returns unless a manufactures defect in frame. Cycle & Coffee assists in all warranty repairs needed if system failure occurs. 

• No refunds on shipping charges. 

Return Authorization Required

Before a return is sent, the customer must have a return authorization number provided by Cycle & Coffee. If a customer sends a return without the authorization, a refund will not be issued. Returns without an authorization are considered abandoned property. 

If customer's return is approved after inspection, customer may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund minus any shipping charges. Please address your return to: info@pimbicycles.com
