Good fit for someone about 5'6" to 5'10" or so, depending on proportions, with an adjustable stem already installed to fine tune the fit.
By our usual standard of measurement it is a 49 cm frame (center of bottom bracket to center of top tube)
56 cm reach (top tube length), plus a tall stem with 60mm additional reach
30.5" standover height (we recommend about 1-2" of standover clearance for a comfortable fit)

Drivetrain

2x6 speed, with a range for speedy rides and some hill climbing.

Suntour power ratchet bar-end shifters - a timeless cult favorite.

Suntour aRX derailleurs and a wide range 6 speed freewheel (that sounds beautiful when it spins)

Wheels, tires

Sansin hubs and Araya Japan rims, all silver

27x 1 1/4 CST Super HP road tires

Handlebar, stem, saddle, headset, seatpost

Handlebar: black Fuji ergononomic aluminum drop bars
Stem: tall SR forged quill stem, silver
Bar tape: grippy Fizik bar tape, navy blue
Saddle: Updated with a cushy Marin saddle
Seatpost: Silver SR Laprade seaptost

Brakes

Dia Compe caliper rim brakes and drilled road levers. Levers no longer have rubber hoods however these can be replaced if desired.

Frameset

Gorgeous shimmery blue and silver lugged steel frame and fork, made in Japan with Tange butted chromoly tubing.

Paint is in pretty good condition for the bike's age, but there are some scuffs and chips, and decals do show some wear.

Eyelets for fenders and/or a rear rack. A front rack or basket would be possible with spacers to the front fender eyelet. Two bottle cage mounting points on the downtube (one is facing down)
