Things have been pretty wild in 2020! We have seen a lot of changes in business and lifestyles because of the COVID-19 precautions. At PIM we have been lucky to be able to stay open. With a drive through window for food and drinks and a full service bike shop, we have been happy to be an essential business for the community in Ballard, Fremont and beyond! We would like to Thank the Community for being so supportive and continuing to practice safe social distancing in our store, as well as riding your bike!
You may have noticed that we now offer free pick up and delivery of bike repairs in the local area. So if you are unable to make it into the store, please feel free to use the form on the main page to schedule a pick up and delivery of your bike.
Other services that we are happy to offer, are product purchasing over the phone, and packaging for pick up at the store. Give us a call, and we can put together an order for you, bag it up, pay for it over the phone, and we can hand off your order right at the front door to the store and you will not have to enter the store at all!
We ask that you limit your pre-packaged purchase to at most 10 items.
